Dedicated & Qualified Staff
Ngadhi (a Wiradjuri word meaning "me" or "mine") reflects our heart:
to serve community with belonging and integrity.
We provide holistic, culturally responsive services to children, families and participants — including mentoring, out-of-home care, transport, respite, and NDIS support.
Our team is made up of passionate professionals and cultural leaders who know that real change happens when trust is earned, not assumed.

We are an Aboriginal specific service, supporting vulnerable children and their families within the community.

Mervyn Taylor and Sara Taylor, founded Ngadhi Family Services in 2010.
They have a passion not just for children in Out-of-Home Care (OOHC) but a passion to see children connect with their families, understand and maintain their cultural identity.

All staff are qualified with current
- Working with Children Checks,
- National Criminal Checks and
- First Aid Certificate.
Our staff are connected and culturally appropriate within their local aboriginal communities, that ensures that we provide the most culturally appropriate service.

Working with the team has been one of the most meaningful experiences of my life. Thank you for the trust you placed in me, and for the honour of allowing me to walk alongside Aboriginal families in their journey. It was more than a job it was a privilege.
I will always carry with me the richness of the cultural awareness training with Madelanne, the constant support and warmth from Kimberly, and the joy of working in such a strong, grounded team. Heidi, Aneeka, Oulah, and everyone else, what a gift it was to be among such dedicated, compassionate people.
Sara, your leadership and quiet strength have left a mark on me. Uncle Merv, your presence and wisdom have been an anchor. Please know that I take everything I’ve learned from you guys with deep respect and carry it in my heart as I move forward.
